Sauf que j'étais sensé tenir la position assise au moins 5 secondes....alors pour le coté pédagogique des volantes fait plutôt confiance à Marmotte

perso 1613 sauts à mon actif dont 241 en auto le reste en commandé! Pas de sauts civils, uniquement mili! mais c'est l'éclate!

Si j'ai juste une suggestion, au prochain essai, si tu veux garder la position travaille ta cambrure et surtout le flottement de tes jambes! en tout cas belles sensations et apparement tu prends ton pied continue!

C'était mon 58ème saut
J'en ai eu des "suggestion" ! Le videoman c'est Philippe Valaud, le pape du Freefly , et il me coachait pour que j'arrive a sauter assis.
...j'arrive toujours pas  Mr. Green
...enfin pas à tout les coups Embarassed

J'ai des week-end chargé en ce moment mais je vais pas tarder à reprendre l'activité, j'entends tout les dimanche la turbine du Cessna qui m'appelle !

Ma frangine a 8 petite centaine de saut, et une quinzaine d'heure de soufflerie dans les pattes, je me ma Pac en septembre !
